Three brothers serve Aleppo-rooted modern Middle Eastern tasting menus in Jumeirah, with a non-alcoholic pairing. Orfali Bros on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah 1 is run by three brothers and holds two Michelin stars. The cooking draws on Aleppo's Silk Road heritage, with dishes such as the Orfali bayaldi, ORF labaniyeh and an Aleppo street bun, and the staff explain each course. The optional non-alcoholic pairing, made from house-fermented drinks, is a standout. Reservations are in high demand, and the OG menu is AED 350 per person with the Voyage menu at AED 795.
